Unprofessional and not upfront - my account has been blocked after dealing with them for almost 20 years because of not following through with a purchase for a vehicle which had underlying faults which were not disclosed. Steer clear.

Got a good deal on a Holden Commodore.Rob was great to deal with. Go see him, no BS.Great communication, easy to deal with, puts customers first, very helpful with test drives to help us make the decision. Got the car regroomed and topped up in gas, was patient and took the time to explain optional upgrades (looked at a few cars prior). He did everything to help us make a great purchase.Unfortunately the rest can't be said about other team members, booked a test drive via the helpdesk, turned up and someone went looking for our details and disappeared.. glad to have come across Rob.

Trust me you never want to go to turner if you have any self respect.Dan (manager) was so rude, arrogant and treated us as if he is doing favour. Maybe if I had white skin he would have treated me differently. Employees reflected his behaviour too (except for JoJo).I reported an issue with the car and requested to do a test drive once that's fixed but Dan insisted on making a deposit to even get the issue checked on the car. Shouldn't you do all the checks before even listing the car for sale? Car was sitting in the yard for days but no one has ever inspected it?I loved the car but not purchasing it coz of Dan and his pathetic attitude. Probably you should consider training him on customer service first.

From the moment I drove in, to the moment I walked out. I was impressed with the shiny, new look of the vehicles.I park up and am greeted by the bros best smile on the lot that day. (I lost your card brother, sorry)To the moment I stepped in to talk to Aliyah and tell her what i was looking for. She made me feel chill and comfortable, even though my world was spinning at the speed of light. She guided me through the process as simple as it can get, for a first time buyers experience. Informative, concise and friendly.At the end of this delightful experience, although I did not walk away with a sweet deal from this space, the team made an anxious man, feel safe and happy with the service received.I will be back when I look for future purchases!!

Unfortunately, I will be leaving a negative review as we experienced a very unprofessional people from Turners Penrose. The guy who assisted us for apraisal of my then car, was so lazy to search for my name on his computer, cant remember my car details even though we have mentioned it more than 5 times already, and had zero effort to find our booking appointment. the way he talked to us was like we weren't a customer, and even said to my partner I'm having a hard time with you

This place gave quotations of my vehicle with an incredible price drop within a month. I’d never go back to buy or purchase from this place as I don’t find the service and quote is reliable and trustworthy. I sold my car today with a much better price to another dealer.

Went there to sell my car, i supposed i got the price of the market which was barely a quarter of what i spent for initially - and more than 10 days later i am still not paid. Tried to contact them but no answer.

Didn't find the staff particularly helpful, I was on the yard at least 15 minutes before I was spoken to and even then I had to approach the staff. Was really keen on a Mitsubishi RVR they had for sale and wanted to trade my current car and pay cash difference....trade in price they offered was alot lower than expected. 6k for a trade they would then retail at nearly 11k....

Were recommended by the AA to go here due to our car being written off for water damage. Staff not so friendly, seemed disinterested when approached for help. Most of the staff were inside talking, people in the yard weren't being helped. Waste of time going. Write them off
