Pulled into Cooks just before closing one Saturday morning to fit hotgrips, before a cold ride back to Auckland. Tools and help provided so I could install in the carpark! Awesome service and very helpfull!

It was very disappointing when I have changed my Honda cb 900 handle bar from cooks Honda. While the handle bar was changing I was standing over there to watch and the person there ask me to leave from there. Because he don’t want anyone to watch his work. To change the handle bar not even took them half and hour and they charged me 98$ and they end up not fixing my mirror. I was disappointed and i went to Yamaha New Plymouth such a nice people they fixed my mirror for free just because I have a service history in Yamaha
