I have asked a lot of questions about the apple products that I use and they were happy to explain to me and find the right solutions. I have been to other places and it is uncomparable. These guys know what they are doing and just by having a conversation with them, I could tell that they are professional in this field. I have compared prices with other places and Image Text was also cheaper which is even better.Especially Ryan was super helpful and approachable. I felt safe to hand over my devices to Image Text.

AAA+!The team here are top notch.My daughters MacBook had developed a single hairline crack in the screen.Ryan and the team took everything in hand and replaced the faulty screen, under Apples 'single hairline crack' policy, in a matter of 2 days.We had tried to do a return with the original retailer, PB Tech, who were basically unhelpful, and effectively useless.Ryan and Imagetext to the rescue!!Cannot recommend these guys more highly, and.shiuld be everyone's first stop for tech work.Honest, swift and efficient.

My Mac Book Pro came in under a manufacture defect and I consulted Imagetext on what to do. After a mere single visit and a call to apple they asked me to bring my laptop back in and repaired it above and beyond what I had asked. My 7 year old laptop came back brand-new and I felt amazing. Richard was especially fantastic; his constant and thorough communication put my mind at ease and let me know my machine was always in good hands. I want to especially thank you Richard for this even though I have never met you and I am probably one of hundreds if not thousands of customers. It's amazing to know that a place like this exists and I will be coming back here for all my Apple device purposes. Thanks!

Had a display issue and took my iMac in on a Tuesday and received it back early Thursday afternoon. This included getting a new display shipped from Australia. It doesn't get any better than that! As well, was kept informed of the process by text. These folks are at the top of their game.

Ryan Mazonis from Imagetext is the best, he went over the board with his service, first he explained to me what the problem was, how is he intending to fix it, what are the available options.Not just that he helped me talk to Apple support to discuss the possibility of Apple funding some of the cost of the repair which they ended up doing.All in all, is just an amazing service and I would recommend them 100% at any time.Love your service guys!!

Extremely friendly staff who gave really helpful advice! Ordering parts took a day, and repair only a few hours. Had my MacBook ready to go two days after dropping it off. Definitely would recommend.

I got my AirPods replaced, and my MacBook checked here. Ryan was helpful, approachable, and friendly, yet cheaper than elsewhere. He was patient and professionally advised me even though I asked many questions.I would only go here if there is any problem with my Apple devices.

Opening hours can be a bit tight but definitely the best place to go for any Apple device related repairs or servicing, Staff are excellent, great to communicate with, and fair and balanced advice.

Have been a customer for years but not needed to come in for ages! Mike usually looks after us but was off sick, Richard looked after us this time. Cannot recommend more highly, I'm so appreciative.
