Fast awsum

Been in twice, terrible customer service, staff/owner is ridiculously rude, refuses to dry clean ugg boots, duvets, expensive if they do. Seems to depend on who you are or what mood they're in on the day. I take my items to Rotorua or elsewhere now. Don't waste your time here.

Very Poor customer service, I have just moved to Taupo and was getting my only winter coat dry cleaned. Arrived at 5:20 in the evening, 5 minutes after closing. The staff inside saw me and motioned that they could not help and for me to leave. Disappointing for sure, another Taupo morning with no coat.I noted they opened at 7:30am, so arrived back the next morning at exactly then (as I also start work at 7:30, but received permission to be a few minutes late). I stood there and waited until I received service at 7:37am. During that time I yelled out for service several times, and watched a couple staff members walk buy before someone went to get someone to help. Same staff member came out and presented my coat without an apology or an excuse for being late. When I mentioned last night and their lateness this morning and asked for a discount I was refused.Needless to say it was extremely poor customer service and I will not be returning to Permaclean. As I tend to use the dry cleaners weekly this was a very expensive tardiness and rudeness by their staff member.

I was very impressed with the quality of cleaning of my feather duvet. I have had it cleaned before down South and always looked watermarked. However this was the best drycleaners of duvets I have had, Thank you very much and I will be back!

Due to the fact the lady was obviously rude and not welcoming then changes her attitude later on to something else is not on, I expected a bit more from this company after hearing so many reviews of it being good.

Did a great job of washing my down jacket, and fast service (just over a day). Would recommend to all.
