I just had the kerasilk treatment done by Melody and Maddy. Can I just say these girls are amazing! So easy to have a conversation, both so sweet. I can’t forget to mention how great this treatment is! My hair has never felt better, thank you again to the girls at Vivo. Will definitely be back <3

I had an appointment with Brooke at Vivo. Not only was she incredibly friendly and welcoming, but she listened to what I wanted, and did the most amazing colour on my hair. I walked out a very happy customer. I'll definitely be back again!

I went in to make a booking at Chartwell Vivo but the 2 women that had clients when I walked in (I could see they were busy so I waited a couple of minutes at the counter), did nothing, not even an acknowledgement or be with you shortly statement, they just looked at me like I was a leper and kept on doing their thing. I was making a booking for the balyage too... ah well, your loss

Went in early this morning to book an appointment, they weren't too busy so gave me a consultation right then and were able to book me in for the same day.Laura was absolutely amazing and did an awesome job on my hair.I wanted to start the lightening process on my coppery brown hair to eventually get a blonde balayage.She was able to get it to a beautiful cool tone medium/dark blonde in the first appointment without any damage, while blending my natural roots in perfectly, and it cost exactly what was quoted.I am super happy and have already booked in my next appointment!

I haven’t been to the hair dresser in years and had a great experience with Vivo Chartwell. Went the day before and they gave my 7 year old a free fringe trim after she tried herself and then I went back the following day for a haircut. Did a great job and I’m loving my new short do. Will defo be back! Thanks
