Grey Power Electricity

My power is approx $25 - $ 40 usage per month. The supply charges ate more than I use. Imagine my shock to find my bill jumped to $131, power actually used was approx $40. Grey Power for retirees on the pension is a joke!!! I am not economising to line their pockets with profits lije this!!

Supposedly cheap power to help retirees. I can tell you they do not offer cheaper power as of today. Family member has been a loyal customer for around 6 years. When I heard how much they were paying for their bill recently I asked to look at the bill. They have so many fees broken down it can seem like a great rate on first glance but that is not the case. It was decided that it was better to move providers, as a thanks for being a loyal customer they were hit with a $150.00 early disconnection fee" it should be called the last minute money grab fee. Following up with Grey Power about the fee they advised the fee was charged because they didn't get 30 days notice. After this experience and noting their rates vs other providers we wouldn't recommend Grey Power Electricity as a provider and suggest shopping around."
