I took my car for an alignment which they did nice and quick on a Saturday morning. However, they didn’t do up the lock nut afterwards on the right hand tie rod, meaning the steering was at risk of coming undone. Luckily I was getting the WOF done the same day and they picked it up as this can be seriously dangerous. It was kind of surreal as this had happened before so I actually checked with them and discussed that they were tightened properly when picking up, and they assured me they were, but they obviously were just saying yes without a proper safety process.

Excellent service. Aakash gave me a great deal, explained everything, and even made sure my car was out of alignment before offering to align it. The guys there even put a hub cap on that had fallen off and had been sitting in my backseat for months, brushed the spiderwebs off my side mirror and left the car smelling nice!

Bought four tires for an Aston Martin, organize time to get fitted and aligned, then get told on arrival they can't do alignment as my car won't fit in their hoist. Neither can Newmarket as they didn't have the right software. Complete waste of time. Ended up going to Costco were great. And cheaper.

Very professional and friendly team. My car has coilovers installed. I brought my car there for wheel alignment. They really understand the customer demand and have the professional knowledge to deal with it. Also their alignment report shows extra data like Steering Axis Inclination which are really useful for car guys with coilovers. Highly recommended

Great service. Quality job done in a timely manner. Brought my hatch back in for a wheel alignment and wheel balance. I was called up within 30mins that the job was complete and ready to be picked up. (Dropped off at 0730 before it got busy).I was also given genuine advice on condition of tyres and suggestions. Wasn’t forced to take them up on it and appreciated the approach and information.Highly recommend. Thank you to Kay Jay and his team.

I booked in to get a puncture sorted. It was a weird one as my it look over 2 weeks for me to get a warning after I’d filled it with air on getting the initial warning. They said it was tiny and a really simple fix, so they didn’t charge me. Genuine people. Genuinely helpful. I will go back.
