Amazing customer service for online shopping! I bought a teapot online from the scullery as a present to be sent directly to my mother in law. I left a note in the order that it was for a gift. Adam rang me to check who it was for and decide on some wrapping paper to use, and then sent a personal email to confirm that it had been couriered that day with the tracking number. Definitely worth buying online from here rather than a larger shop that may have slightly cheaper prices but is based overseas.

The Scullery in Kerikeri is such a fantastic kitchen shop.I absolutley love going there. The service is always top notch with Margret going above and beyond.The quality of the products is top of the line. Im like a child in a candy store there!!
