Fast, friendly service. Had everything I needed and during the lockdown went above and beyond for home delivery. Very excited to have them in our neighborhood. A fast friendship. Meat has been very tasty Everytime too.

Today my husband went to Naenae Meats and asked for 0.5cm fresh cut porkbelly. (He doesn't speak good English) He was told by the man there it's not available and was given some pork belly instead. (Paid $35.13 via card at 3:39pm) He came home and we opened the plastic bag. We were shocked to find out it had really sour odor and meat looked spoiled. Texture was very slimy and sticky??? I have never seen meat like that. I just couldn't bear cooking it as we have a little kid. Please don't sell if it's not edible.

Best butchers in town. Always friendly & welcoming. Nothing is a bother, even when I returned meat that seemed a little weird. They happily exchanged & explained what had happened, & apologized! Definitely a welcomed business to the Naenae community!

I bought meat for dogs it stunk my freezer out ..I told the owner he was going to replace it.. but I declined..afew months later, Owner was outside smoking, I walked into the store owner serves me, then I realized he didn't wash his handsI walked straight out.Never again..

Would have shopped here, except the entire shop smelled of cigarette smoke. I don’t want my meat marinated in nicotine and other poisons thanks.The smell was not present at the front of the shop, my guess is the store holder smokes out the back between customers and leaves the door open, but honestly it smelled so bad that he might have been smoking inside.

My dad,nana and auny all buy meat from here. Always fresh and nice fatty bits on our steaks and chops too. Never dissapointed and will always come back.
