Really great service from Jamie's Jewellers. They sent the parcel quickly, wrapped it really nicely, and added a little chocolate! The jewellery is also very reasonably priced. I'll definitely be buying from here again.

Amazing service! Very helpful and friendly on the phone. I ordered my watch online in the afternoon and it was delivered to my doorstep in Auckland the very next day! Nicely packaged with a personalised thank you note inside. Some of the best pricing I could find too. Very happy, highly recommend!!!

The store attendants there are a shining example of some of the best customer service I’ve ever had to deal with, even during this busy Christmas sense they took the time to call me as soon as the were complications, immediately worked through them and the package was up in Auckland the day after, absolutely amazing! Excellent service from Caitlin for an online purchase paid for in part by an insurance claim. Thank you for being so responsive and helpful. Really impressed with the free shipping offered; the package literally arrive less than 24 hours to Auckland! Would definitely not hesitate to purchase from them again.

My wife and I have visited Jamies Jewellers brand new shop at Queenstown Central more than once and have found the service to be friendly, very helpful but they know when to just let you browse also. On the one occasion they didn't have the exact watch that I liked they had it shipped in from Australia the very next day. I spent more money than the wife?!?! And they have free champagne so they should get 6 stars!
