When we first got the car we were over the moon the everything from the sale to pick up was good.Then the problems happened, we were told they do 100 point check" on the car prior to hand over. We took the car in for a service where we told the brakes will need replacing soon. When we followed up with easy auto about why wasn't this done with the 100 point check we were given the run around and passed on to a customer service manager who was claiming to be getting the 100 point check book from the mechanic

The purchase of the vehicle I brought from easy auto 123 Grey Lynn was made easy with the staff as they were very friendly helpful with out pushing me into the purchase. They were easily able to answer all questions I had and the process after agreeing to purchase was very simple and straightforward. Johnny Liu was the sales person I dealt with and found him to be friendly and accommodating. Happy with the car and would recommend stopping off and looking at what they have. The car I bought wasn't on the lot as it had just come in. Johnny listened to what I was looking for, suggested a car and brought it out for me.

I went with the mindset this is just another place filled with staff who didn't bother about customer. Being a foreigner with no credit history in NZ, buying a dream vehicle is not that easy and I have been put down by Toyota NZ themselves and many other auto dealers as well. Handled my situation with professionally. I couldn't have asked for more. Literally they kept a demanding RAV4 limited edition reserved for me for 1.5 months.
