Excellent customer service super friendly and clean facilities most amazing massage ive had in a long time.

I got a deal off Grab One and got a surprisingly great facial here. It included an incredible face massage. My skin was left feeling soft and hydrated. Will likely return again in future!

Worst place and most unprofessional people. I booked from their website using book now, a massage for 3 Jan at 11am. I called them at 10am to see if I can push it back to 11:30 - the woman who picked up had no idea I had a booking. She said she’s going to China and she will try and see if she can call the massage lady for 3pm. I said this is so unprofessional and I can’t come at 3pm. She said how about 12 I can OK. To which she said she will call me back. I got no call but got an email that my booking has been changed to 12pm. It was raining and I reached the spa at 12. The front sign said Open but the lights were off and there was no one, door was locked. I got a call then that can you come at 1? I lost it at that point saying why did you send me an email saying my booking got changed to 12. All that she said was your don’t understand, I’m going to China to my mother.....’ it was such a surreal experience, the lady could not even communicate properly or speak English properly. I wasted 40 minutes and went back home. Please save your time and energy, there are many other professional outlets- avoid this one completely.

This is a very clean and professional day spa located on Apollo drive business centre near AUT millenium. There is client car parks available and Kelly and her team do very good therapeutic massage and skin care regimeThe prices are fare and the device is fabulous

I've called to get an informations and to book an appointment. She just straight away wants to book a time for me while I wanted to ask questions. Definately did not want to go there.Poor service and very rude

This morning I went for the most INCREDIBLE treatments with Kelly. She was so accommodating, kind and warm when I was booking (even when I had to rearrange). The salon is really neat, tidy and clean. I was made to feel super welcome. Then, the actual treatments were heaven on earth. I had a 30 minute lymphatic massage which was just out of this world, and a 60 minute facial. I absolutely cannot recommend this salon highly enough. I'm looking forward to going back, and have already booked another treatment.

I purchased a voucher from Grabone for myself and my mother. We both booked in for 60 minute deep tissue massage. We both enjoyed our massage, it was very relaxing and perfect pressure. The beauty clinic is so pretty inside and very clean and tidy, the ladies were very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this beauty clinic to my friends and family. Thank you!
