Staff was welcoming and nice. What an experience I had. I purchased a silver necklace with the most beautiful pendant. When I bought it we thought the chain is silver as well. However, after realizing it wasn’t I contacted the store and they graciously agreed to send me a replacement chain. Honestly, New Zealand left the most beautiful memories in me and with this gesture I feel there is nothing else that could match this experience.

Just received items I ordered online a day ago. What amazing service! Super fast delivery and gifts beautifully wrapped and packaged. Stunning NZ shop, everything you want from local art, metal art etc but best of all a superb range of greenstone, bone and wood carvings. Massive display of all the different shapes and their meanings. Fantastic friendly service and if you want something special sent overseas they will take care of that fir you, gift wrapped in a great selection of NZ themed wrapping. Hands down the best souvenir shop I've ever seen.
