We have been mucked around for the last couple of weeks. The owner is incredibly rude and arrogant. He insinuated that our calls to follow up were holding up his staff. I would not recommend this business. We are moving our vehicle to another company

Waited 6 weeks for parts once car was in took only 3 days was referred by ins company belittled me as they were doing me a favour by giving me courtesy car this would of been incld in ins quote job seems well done but one of the owners very rude and undermining wilm be letting ins company know

Wouldn't rate a single star. If you love your car don't take itthere! Your car will come out with more issues than it went in for. Stay away!

What would I say... If you count your money, it is probably not the best place to go. They proposed me the price for minor repair of the car made in 1997 that would cost as a whole car, or may be even more. I.e. taking of bumper and putting it back would cost me 87.50 without GST, and they wanted to paint it while it is made of raw unpainted black plastic, that would cost another 240 (what color would they paint it??? ). Did they really think this makes sense?
