Very busy. One frontline staff with a mass of customers. Did not follow through with instructions as discussed. Would not recommend.

Postal service here reminds me of the postal service 55 years ago - things find you even if they are not correctly addressed or need redirecting. Postal service with a smile!

A rocky start in the beginning, but sinse my complaint, its a pleasure to do business with NZ post now and always appreciate the friendly ladies. Had a nice chat across the counter with a lovely staff member who has been renovating her home. Its nice to have a wee chat, amongst the business of life and take a minute to exchange whats really important.....communication. Thanks NZ post.
