A huge thank you to Adrienne and her team for picking up and delivering my solar panels and batteries. I came into Le Courier highly stressed and panicing because no freight or moving company would help me because of the solar panels being glass. But Le Courier said not a problem". Have used Le Courier at least six times while recently moving. Always had great communication with office and fast and friendly service from the drivers. All my furniture and shop delivery's from Furniture Tree have been done quickly. The drivers and delivery men are always super careful and furniture is always perfect. Very happy to recommend and will continue to use them in the future when required. 5/5

I needed to get something picked up and sent to Levin. The Team at Le Courier said it was no problems, picked it up that day and it was delivered the next day. Really appreciated their friendly service and helpful.

Marcus and Andrew, the guys who actually helped us move, were absolutely amazing, with fantastic attitudes and lovely customer service. Brett & Lucy from the admin team were lovely and quite understanding with some issues that arose with our booking. Adrienne in dispatch however was one of the rudest people I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with; she was abrasive, rude, arrogant and artlessly manipulative. Every issue we had came down to a lack of professionalism and lack of communication from the admin team in the course of confirming our booking date & time, and while trying to sort out the confusion on the day of our move, she gaslit & yelled at us, and tried to make her mistakes & unprofessionalism our responsibility. Then she tried to charge us an extra $180 for her mess. It was quite something.Overall a good experience, just ask to deal with anyone but Adrienne.

Used these guys to move house. The two guys that turned up were very good at their job and had a fantastic attitude.

A game of two halves. Loading the truck on Thursday, the drivers were fantastic. Friendly, hard working and efficient. Unloading after the shift on Friday and we have the same drivers as Thursday, however, they were not prepared to wait until the keys for the property were released to us and had begun unloading our property onto the driveway. Heated discussions occurred and only added to the stress of moving. Very unprofessional attitude, never experienced this before with any other company. A complete fiasco unfolded throughout the day. Poor organisation on the part of the company and a couple of renegade drivers trying to ride shotgun" over customers. The only positive on the day was the help we received from Jenny when we informed the company of our debacle. We would not recommend this company based on our experience. Disappointing."

Called them to schedule a job and was told they have closed down. Website needs to be updated for this.

Moved with Le Courier a few times now and have always had the greatest experience with the office staff organizing my job.The guys I had helping me move were very helpful and even suggested how I could arrange the furniture in my new place.

Used Le courier to move my furniture to a new house, from the first phone call to the move itself they were all so lovely and professional and extremely helpful!! Will definitely use them again and would recommend them.
