Recently purchased a car from the Auto Depot team. Dealt mostly with Nev and have no complaints at all. Great experience and didn't feel pushed or talked into anything. Got what I thought was a fair price for our trade in. I like how the test drive and purchase paperwork was all electronic. If I had to provide a negative it would only be the lack parking. Thanks

This place was great to buy a car. Nev was super friendly with lots of patience and never pushed us to make any decisions. We felt comfortable taking our time to choose the right car. Highly recommended.

communication is a bit frustrating.Have been looking at a couple of cars and asked for a test drive, however sales did not want to get the car out presumably because the car was parked at the back of the warehouse, the way out was blocked by a few cars on display and getting it out might take some effort.Then he started to make excuses and lecture us how their selling process works is that we need to make sure we are happy and want the car, only by then can we test drive it.. how do I know if I really wanted the car if I didn’t even have a chance to test drive it??Knowing we wanted to trade in , and again, giving a lecture about how our car is not they wanted to resell and that we should be realistic and offered us a low price.Better sell your car yourself if looking at trade in.Just a follow up, I’ve sold my car nearly $4000 more than what they offered for the trade in price.(my car has a very low mileage, they offered a super low $8000, I sold it $12k).Coming here because of the good reviews, the cars looked quite clean and well groomed, however the service is a bit frustrating .. don’t recommend based on my experience and won’t come back again.

Mack was very good to deal with but unfortunately my car failed it’s first WOF, steering mechanism needs replacing. Mack saw my review and got in touch with me. This would be the first time a car sales yard has wanted to help with any problems with the car that I purchased from them. I took the car into Auto Depot and even though the car was well past its warranty period Mack got the problem sorted. Turns out the workshop I took car to for WOF had failed the car, probably looking for work... such a shame. So needless to say one very happy customer. Thanks Mack and the team at Auto Depot.

Had to leave another review, as after buying my car I had to get back in touch with Auto Depot regarding their 6 month purchasers guarantee warranty. You can 100% trust these guys. We were pointed in the direction of Auto Depot by a friend and weren't disappointed. We talked to Mack the first day there. He knew absolutely everything about each car it seemed. We thought about the cars and went back the next Monday. Anwar helped us with the test driving and purchasing of the car on a very rainy, snowy day. Both guys were so nice and helpful from the beginning to the end of the transaction. We couldn't be more happy!
