Great staff very friendly and know a lot about most products. High quality items including high chairs, cots, car seats, prams, bedding, toys, breast pumps, clothes etc. Clothes are reasonably priced and sale prices are really good. Very good selection as well do babies to about 5 years in sizes.

A great place for a baby related shopping. They also rent some of the equipment needed for new born mother and their needs.

Staff are absolutely amazing and friendly. Staff are always helpful and ask if you need a hand. Sadly, I wish they went up bigger than a 5 in kids' clothes.

I have bought many stuff in this shop, especially kids clothing, cotton soft comfy, good for baby and toddler. The store manager is a nice lady and very helpful. The other staffs are good as well. I can ask them whenever I need help. Overall good shopping experiences.

Staff were so helpful, they even helped me load my car! Store was nice and tidy, defs one of the best stores to visit.

Such a great sale, bargains on beautiful items. Get in quick though, I got in on Monday, the next day some prices went back up. Definitely going to be a regular. Gets busy so be patient, staff are very helpful.

Why don't you accept returned products without a receipt? You have POS for a reason so that you can track it.Point 2. If, for any reason, the box is a minor damage, you don't accept the product! This is stupidity at its best. You have to look at the product's condition and not a box. Arranging another box is your headache, not customers!Point 3. No refund! Why? A customer is paying through their nose, and secondly, no one buys the product to return! The intent is to use what comes in my next pointPoint 4. Don't accept anything with tags off! When we buy the product, we are sure it will fit, and in rare cases, it doesn't. Being such a big brand, you haven't empowered your employees to make a new label (use a label machine) simplyFrom a customer point of view, policies are for the convenience of both the management and the customer and to avoid malpractice, not otherwise.

Visited 1100 on a Friday. Lots of parking, easy to find, not busy at all. I came specifically to purchase a belly bandit for my daughter, who is 27 weeks pregnant. Medium/large store with tidy, clear signage, easy layout. The best thing was the customer service from the lady at the counter. She was equally attentive to everyone in the store, so helpful and thoughtful.Feedback on the belly bandit so far is 10/10. My girl felt instant relief

Was thinking of hiring a capsule and ended up buying a second hand one for cheaper than it is to hire. Had no idea that was an option thanks!
