I made a large order with Oak Furniture store & sofa years ago, the high quality standard and excel service was really impressed. Today I just re-ordered some new pieces, as I need them urgently, they organized special storage pick up and arranged the delivery to my house with no extra charge. I checked on site after assembling, quality is absolutely high and service is outstanding exceed than what we expected. I am one of the big fans of Oak Furniture store & sofa, highly recommend!!

I would highly recommend these guys, not only for their good quality furniture and great prices but also for their superb customer service! We took delivery of our new bedroom suite yesterday and their guys made two extra trips to sort out of couple of issues for us. They made it their concern to ensure we were happy with our pieces.

Received three pieces of furniture last week , they are very poor quality and do not compare to the photo images online, they have not advertised the plastic air hole in the back or the logo on the side, also two faults in the wood ,contacted the company immediately only to receive this reply belowThanks for your email again.We have forwarded your claims to our head management including the company solicitor for investigation, the response was they do not find anything wrong or related to a quality issue the bedside tables you ordered. Bedside tables have poor craftsmanship; no attempt to colour match the holes.Customer service team advised it’s the design of the joint. Frustrated with their response.
