Highly recommend in my opinion, staff are extremely charismatic and full of positive energy not to mention very helpful.The classes they have running, the personal trainers, and the theme make this personally my favourite gym P.s I wrote this review for a protein bar Haha but I am pretty happy with the gym:)

I joined this gym a few months ago as I wanted to get back into working out after having a baby, but I have no family in Hamilton and my friends all work during the day. So the child minding was a massive draw for me! It's so nice being able to get a 60 minute workout in knowing my baby is under the same roof being looked after by amazing staff. I have been a member of many gyms both in NZ and overseas and this is one of my favourites. Sometimes I see the carpark full and I worry I won't be able to use the machines I want to, but I've never had an issue. I love the different rooms, it feels like there are endless options for working out. There truly is a family feel at this gym and I'm really glad I'm now a member.

Had a couple of trial sessions here and unfortunately this gym is not for me. While there's heaps of variety in equipment, it comes at a detriment to actually having space to move around. Equipment and building also feels a bit tired and run down

The details on the 'our story tab' is pretty spot on. As someone who only started walking around the lake a few months ago, I have felt really supported through my transition into the gym. I am enjoying the many great class options they offer. The trainers and Tony are all so friendly.

Literally the worst gym! The customer service is horrible! They stuff you around when trying to cancel & honestly just seems like they’re greedy for money! They’re slow at email responses! I have been paying for a membership for nearly one year & I’ve only ever been into the office & got the worst service it’s so disappointing going into such an intimidating place & having staff members that aren’t welcoming.. & it’s even more disappointing reading that everyone has the same experiences with them.
