During lockdown customer service is very hard too find but Kiana (sorry if misspelt) went above and beyond too replace a fixture we definitely needed for our bathroom immediately , Thank you so much

While i do not go here very often at all (a good reflection on their quality of products) the 2 or 3 times i have over the last 2 years every time im meeted by someone who can smile and knows what they are talking about. Very knowledgeable and helpful team there. Keeep up the good work mico team
