I love coming to this local gym. The instructors there are awesome too. It's a very inclusive setting for what ever your fitness journey looks like. I love going to all the classes they have to offer. They'll even give you free passes to try before you commit to it.

Thank you Theresa, you are the best Les Mills PT I have ever had, you are creative dedicated , she works to design workouts that help me recover & strengthen my hip flexor and glutes to give me total mobility, with time and patience I’m very grateful for your help.I highly recommend Teresa she’s an excellent personal trainer.

Really bad experience with teresa because she wasn’t letting me one of the last gym room as her excuse was you can’t use it because i am having class between 6 to 7 so come after 7 because this guys have paid more (extra) money for that and as usual you can’t get to use all the machine in main gym room because of buys time of gym (6pm to 7pm) so basically this gym is like pay more money and get your space or we don’t care use whatever you can use from the main gym room and eventually you won’t be able to use all the machine.Really bad customer service

Great gym, with group fitness and large strength training area in Alexandra.Teresa one of the trainers there is knowledgeable and enthusiastic (and can also help with mountain bike lessons).Excellent atmosphere, everyone very nice.

Teresa is amazing - and the whole gym in Alexandra is a vibe due to her! High quality equipment, and the gym is very clean. That’s hard to do when the doors are wide open so you can enjoy the outdoors while working out and they manage it. Great location too; lots of parking. I’m hoping to encourage my mum to go to the active adults classes too. Go find out for yourself why they are running out of wall space for qualifications and national awards!

Awesome gym, all you need, great spaces, love the rig and weights area. Nice gym team. Craig really helpful. Gym master app made it easy to access out of teamed hours. Good instructions Gym available 24/7 a plus. Will be back
