Great clean place, recently fitted out by the looks of it, close to shops and bars and cafes but far enough from busy street.Friendly staff and cool loft room with good bed and really nice pillows...

A very tourist friendly greeting with loads of good information. Our room was very small, there wasn't anywhere to put our small suitcases. The bathroom was too small, even for my 5'2 slim wife

Lovely one bedroom apartment with all facilities that are needed. Good location near the Botanic Gardens and not too far from town.

We had a very comfortable stay for 2 nights. It is unusual and cute. The place is spotless. The bed was very comfortable. The location is a short walk to shops cafe and supermarket.The staff were very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay in Dunedin. I certainly recommend Aria on Bank.

Awesome service! Super accomcodating, friendly and lovely reception upon arrival. We are amazed by the nice things in the room and how comfy the bed is. Would stay again and have recommended to my parents who come and stay often to visit :)

Lovely friendly service and refreshed modern the interior. There was also lots of mini toiletries in the bathroom which was a nice surprise and was appreciated. However there was a strong damp odor in our room that lasted our entire stay which is why Ive had to give this 4 stars. It unfortunately just ruined the vibe as the carpet felt damp.

The stay was simply good. The structure of the hotel is unique and cute. The building has small duplex accommodation which attracts well. Every room has seperate parking, which all hotel in Dunedin don't provide. It's a clean tidy good for couple of days hotel.

Rooms were nice and clean. Spacious.Enjoyed the loft design of the room and everything worked as intended.Water and room heater works perfectly.Comes with a fridge and kitchen utensils if you need to use them.Parking is a little tight for an suv.Location is towards the edge of town but functional.

Tidy accommodation, good location however the room we stayed in was very damp and had a strong smell of mould so would not stay again.
