I do not normally write reviews . l found the service at Metro Glass Napier to be excellent.Firstly , their pricing for the bathroom mirror was very competitive. The service , incl the offer of installation advice & delivery when l couldn’t fit the mirror in my car was that extra step. lvwill recommend Metro and certainly use them again.

Appalling service when they don't answer the phone for over an hour in the early afternoon. We had four retro fit windows ordered. Took 3 months to come and they were all the wrong size. Also, their aluminium was scratched. Had to wait weeks more for the right size.Hopeless.
