Main disappointment was Cafe style food for sale.The ham had already gone brittle, and hard on the edges.Had me wondering how long it had been sitting there when we arrived mid afternoon.Also staff sitting back playing on cell phones.Rooms were well maintained and very adequate for requirements. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Top marks for staff,( the ones not on phones).Cheers

We attended for a 1 day conference. Facilities were great and food was nice. We didn't have any cutlery to put the jam and cream on our scones and despite tracking down one of the team to request some they did not arrive. Lovely decor and would return

I had to overnight here due to flight delays and was a bit concerned about the potential quality of the accommodation however it turned out to be pretty good. The check in was quick and the staff polite and helpful. The room looked like it had been recently refurbished and was quiet and comfortable. The bathroom was a good size with everything you'd expect. The only slight criticism is that the shower head is a.bit low at the top of its travel - if you are tall you won't be able to stand under it.I'd look at staying here at my own cost if I ever need to stay by Auckland airport

Due to flight delays Air New Zealand put us up for a night here, but we never felt it was simply a cheap bed for the night; we were never disappointed with the experience. The rooms were clean and the staff very friendly. We arrived late in the evening and still there was a meal available. It was a little costly for steak and fries without vegetables, but it was certainly welcome at the end of a very long day.The room had one of the most comfortable beds we've slept in in the last two and a half months, and the overall service was excellent. We will book there ourselves if ever we need a night before a flight.

Good conference venue but in the middle of an industrial area. My room was old with a small shower over bath, but there are newer ones available. The aircon wasn't working and had to be fixed. The food was good but let down by the slow service. Bar service also slow. I recommend going to the post office pubic house restaurant. Not many other eating out choices because of the location.

Great service and great staff. Loved the food served for dinner, the room was clean, warm and spacious. The check-in staff and restaurant staff were great. and the free shuttle service was also very appreciated. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay at close to Auckland Airport.

We were only there for the night and left the next morning. Our hotel rooms were easy to access with the card. We had everything we needed in our hotel rooms and it was all nicely presented and easy to use. All amenities were of good quality, nothing broken. The dinner was very delicious and well presented and breakfast was (which is buffet style) also. The staff were very polite and helpful and friendly.

I had missed a flight due to Air NZ delays so was put up by Air NZ at Jet Park. Truthfully I was not expecting much. However my expectations were pleasantly exceeded in every way. Efficient staff, nice food and a quiet clean and roomy room, then prompt transfers. Well done Jetpark

Room great. Bed very clean and comfortable (most important feature). Unable to connect to Chromecast no matter how inputs done.Location good.Food at restaurant adequate despite some poor reviews left though the service was very slow. (Possibly due to staff training at the time)Staff friendly and helpful however, our 0530 wakeup call for our International flight was not delivered. Fortunately I set my alarm. The really irritating aspect was this wakeup call was finally delivered 2 weeks later to me in another country when I did not want to wake up early\!.

Wow. The quality of rooms here is amazing. The rooms have been beautifully refurbished, and are very well soundproofed and very spacious. A separate shower AND bath tub too. Vehicle storage is generous too - 5 nights included with just my one night stay, so I was able to securely store my vehicle there instead of paying for long term airport parking.This hotel does a fantastic job, they’re really knocking it out of the park.
