Quite a bad experience to be honest. Basically my partner and I had got the flat in dargaville, and then right at the last minute, as we had the winz, and property manager ready to transfer bond payment, we both got an email saying we were unsuccessful in our application, lol. I can assure you it was quite surreal, and I can't say I've had the rug pulled out from under me as swiftly as this one.We have had no explanation, after having very positive talks on the phone, and up to twenty emails. Now borderline homeless.I'm not just bumming out at not getting the flat, it was the way it happened, absolutely unacceptable.

Didi and the team at PS Whangarei have been wonderful to deal with, exceptionally professional and take the stress out of what can be a challenging time (moving house).I highly recommend using their services.

Absolutely unprofessional, I would steer clear of this lot. Using bullying tactics to scare you into doing what she wants. Told me “you’d never get a house if it weren’t for me, your just a single mum”. Made us live next to sewage for two months saying we needed to get a doctors note to prove that what was making us sick. Avoid at all cost unless you want to be miserable in a home. DEAR DIDII will post my tenancy agreement if you would like to play dumb. Funny how you can reply on here but not to any phone calls or email's. So unprofessional. So happy you never cleaned the sewage up right away and took over 2 months to do so as i was forced to have to move out on the spot! was so sad for my kids. Changed schools and everything. And you never cared one bit. Horrible experience and alot more looked after in my new home :)

We highly recommend Didi and her team. We left our property in their hands for two years. They found great tenants, who took care of our property.We will be happy to have them manager our property next time we become gypsies again.Cheers Sue and Alan
