Honestly one of the top and best services we have ever received. Massive thank you to Carlie who helps us so promptly to find replacement parts for our Medela breast pump under warranty.I'm not sure if Carlie will actually see this review so please pass on our love and appreciation to her for going well above and beyond what's required to satisfy the end customer.

My view of the product for obstructive sleep apnea is very bad.The Representation of the company in India has been given to highly unprofessional people, who are ill mannered and have less knowledge on the product. Since my purchase of the product on 26th December 2011. I have just been complaining to the distributor , the banglore head office and writing emails at the new zealand office, but nothing concrete has been done. Almost 25 times people have paid visits but are unable to provide the solution.Higly dissatisfied and would really not recommend the product to any one in need. I as a customer have been breached with trust and i suspect the professionalism of the company.From providing a second hand machine (when we paid for a new one) to providing us a unhygenic replacement , leaking masks and unattended complaints, we have experienced it all. NOT RECOMMENDED

I ordered from PepTest NZ (part of the MAAB Group) and couldn't be happier with the test, their customer service and the speed of service.I live in Australia, and had to ask them to change their systems to get the test to me in Brisbane and then back to NZ. They did it in a heartbeat and helped me through the service along the way. Customer service was always incredibly helpful, friendly and professional via phone and email. When the process was interrupted by flooding in Auckland, they let me redo the test free of charge. Very highly recommended for anyone looking to get a pepsin test done!

I can not recommend this company enough, i first found out about their products in the good magazine, i have been using the Fastmelt Probiotics Mavag for 1 year now, It tastes really good & is so quick & convenient to take.The delivery is superfast & the customer service is outstanding, they always get back to you straight away & are so helpful.They even personally delivered my products i ordered so i get it before christmas because they knew the courier would take more than 2 weeks to deliver it. I really appreciated it.They go above & beyond for their customers.A+ Product, A+ Customer service A+ Ordering & Delivery.Keep up the great work guys. 10/10
