Charged my mother in law $5 per page for substandard (lines across) A4 colour copies of passport. When I queried this exorbitant cost later on her behalf was told the studio is a very busy $130 per hour graphic design service and I should have gone to WS instead, although they did not make this suggestion to my mother in law at the time.

Clever, careful and thoughtful. Rae has always been lovely to deal with. The last couple of jobs I realised how next level her care was. A simple poster print was marketing level, cards produced overnight for a great price....and every time I open my manuals even the binding is smoother than I used to use. Just adds to life and that is special. Thank you.
