got layers done here, the layers weren’t what i asked for. my hair got cut way shorter then i wanted it to. my mum showed a reference on what it was supposed to look like, but it looked completely different.another experience i had here was when i cut my fringe. the lady did really sloppy and fast and turned out uneven.i’d rather go to a small hair stylist.

I had an incredible experience with my haircut.I re visited just cuts Botany after 6 years and hair stylist Sharlene worked on my hair and outcome was incredible.I admire her patience and will visit her again( though this place is about 40 min drive from where I live, I will go again as the warm smiles of all the staff are very welcoming)

Such a WORST experience. I usually take my kids here and there was a South African Indian lady who use to cut my children's hair and it was soooo good. She was amazing. Last week Saturday (18/2/23) I took my daughter to get her fringe trimmed before her birthday. They said my usual lady doesn't work there anymore. I have no choice so another lady trimmed her fringe , she said she is doing something called feather style. It was SOOOO bad. It literally looks like a 'mullet style' haircut. Even I could have done a better job. My poor soon to be 4 year old daughter is very upset. It is so short I can't even clip it back. Very disappointed!!!!

Very friendly staff. Clean salon and sanitary conditions for the equipment. It's important these days to feel like you're being protected from any possible illnesses and Just Cuts certainly make you feel that way.Thanks

Absolutely disgusted by the service we didn’t get today. Normally there’s a South African Indian lady who does our little ones hair. He cries at first but settles short after and she does an amazing job. Today we were seen by an older Asian lady who simply just stood there and said oh he’s crying too much early in the morning, it’s too loud for everyone in the room then asked to leave now and calm him down. While talking to the manager on duty, she apologised and yet replied that’s not what she would’ve said. Just pure offended and upset that after months of coming, this is how a service goes from amazing to will never recommend nor return. If you cannot handle a child, simply don’t receive one and say so.

Showed a picture of the haircut I wanted to the hairstylist, a haircut with only two bottom layers. However what was taken off was way more than two layers (at least four) and it made my hair look like a bush. Even my friend who is not a hairstylist could tell from the picture that the hairstyle had only two bottom layers. As I didn't have my glasses on, I couldn't see how many layers she was doing. This was my first professional haircut, and I have to say, I'm not very satisfied with it.

Poor consultation. Not what i asked for.Went in for a simple cut to take some length off. We discussed how much to cut & I asked for some layering but not much. She said ok, then she proceeded to roughly brush my hair, use a hair dryer to straighten it a bit & then chop. No water. Didn't check how I part my hair, ended up cutting off WAY more than I asked for or agreed to, with the front of my hair less than half the length it was when i walked in.Didnt check with me before taking off the extra length i didnt ask to be cut.Then rather than acknowledging when I told her it wasn't what I asked for, she kept insisting that it was because I'd asked for layers, even though I asked her for not many layers more than once & that i wanted to keep the length. She then said it was because it was damaged, i didnt ask for it, so even if damaged"
