I am also replying you for your comment below: you said the item been used, however I have to wear the watch and then find the problem, the second day I have told u and sent you the video, and mutually agreed to send the watch back few days later, you refuse to give me refund instead offer me credit or changing to other goods rather than fix the watch or fully refund. Which I have talked to lawyer and customer NZ, both them saying that this is illegal and I have forward the email to the owner, you still refuse to give me refund. This is absolutely unacceptable! I will show you what is chanel watch tomorrow!
