The Place
We've been coming back here again and again and it never disappoints. Came on a Sunday night, place was packed but luckily we'd booked a table. Got garlic soy fried chicken with extra tteok for the kids. They loved it and said they wanted it every time we came. The adults ordered the oden pot to share which was looking very and warming without being heavy. Also had the pork belly with oyster kimchi -absolutely delicious and worth the splurge.We'll keep coming back.Only reason service didn't get full points is that they were too busy and got a bit confused with a couple of things (and the table was a bit small for our assortment of dishes lol)

I came here with three of my friends and we ordered 7 different kinds of food. (I only took some photos of 굴보쌈)They seemed quite surprised that we ordered a lot because apparently 굴보쌈 itself is already for four people (Maybe that's why the price seemed like it's for four people as well haha). The food itself was nice but to be honest, I don't think the portion was that generous. I would say it's just for two people. The taste was great anyways. All the other dishes were nice as well.No wonder why this place is popular. I will probably come back when I can afford it. Haha...

Come here if you are for amazing Korean food on the Shore. Everything that I tried was pretty good but the dishes that I recommend is the bibimbap and definitely their fried chicken. Fried chicken was super crispy and juicy.Follow my IG for a indepth food review of this place: kiwi_friedchicken

Awesome shop. The speed at which food comes out from the kitchen despite the shop being packed. Great speed, on top of quality taste.The price was also reasonable.Would definitely visit again in the future.

Was recommended this place by a friend and it didn't disappoint. Price is reasonable for amount of food you get and all dishes were tasty. The side dishes were OK, not the best we've had but understand they change from time to time when ingredients and produce are seasonal. Will come again for more.

I went to The Place with my wife for lunch. I couldn't take a picture of the main menu. We ordered a spicy soup it calls Budaejjige and it was so delicious. Unfortunately, I'm posting a picture of a seafood pancake here. It's a real fresh seafood pancake. I strongly recommend this delicious restaurant to everyone.

Beautiful beautiful authentic Korean food. Also family friendly. Competition on North Shore for Korean restaurants are fierce and this one is one of the best. Huge food selections from the menu, and fried chicken are fabulous. Central location in Takapuna. Heaps parking spaces front or the back. Most parking are free after 6pm. They open days. We were there for dinner on a Sat night. The place is always packed so booking is recommended if you are dining during peak hours. The 3 lady stuff worked really fast and hard, cleaning and turning tables around, friendly with smiles when taking orders. Kitchen is also fast so waiting time is minimal after you placed the order. Serving size is large but you can take away if unable to finish on spot. Highly recomended for a visit if you are Korean Food lover or wanting to try it out.

Customer service is quite good, the staffs are helpfull. The good part in Korean restaurant is you can get as much as entry for free. :) Family friendly too. The taste is okay not that great as i been to other Korean restaurants. Not for the second time visit. Price is reasonable for the portion. We bought 4 main dishes for 5 people to 83$.

Rated top 50 cheap eats and Korean restaurant, but it is somewhat average. My kimchi stew was wayy too overloaded with super soggy cabbage. The side dishes were alright but the cheese corn was pretty good ! service was super friendly!
