Donating blood is not a privilege, it's common sense and an act of humanity.

Though a smaller donor center (when compared with Epsom), they have a great team! The staff are very sweet/caring and they made me comfortable during my plasma donation with cookies and juice. They regularly updated me with status of my donation.

The staff were fantastically accommodating for my reintroduction to donations after not donating for 3 years. Super friendly and attentive, from reception to aftercare, with a high level of professionalism while maintaining a personable and empathetic approach. I will definitely be back, thank you :)

Always pleasant and helpful.

What an unnecessary waste of donor's time. Be careful, some very common health conditions are not flagged on the website and you can waste hours of your time going through the process donating, only to be told something that could have been on the website.

As a first timer I was a little nervous but the friendly service and vetting was great and was under no pressure to give blood if I wasnt comfortable. After being in the waiting room for 10mins or so and consuming juice boxes, cookies and crackers, eventually my time had come. I gave the required blood and just as I finished I felt dizzy and communicated this to the nurse. Luckily for me the staff were very attentive and took action with laying me down and filling me juice and kit kat and cooled me down a fan. After an additional 10mins I was feeling normal again. The lesson here was to take on a proper meal before going to give blood. The staff were a pleasure to deal with and I will be back to give blood and the treats that come along with it. Recommend.
