Very bad service. I went into the walk-in area at the front entrance around about 12.30am wanting to make an order. I was ignored by several staff members who weren’t even busy and were playing on their phones. They definitely knew I was there waiting but continued to ignore me. After 15 mins of waiting I was eventually shouted at by a very rude and patronising young woman that they were only accepting orders from the drive-through. During the prior 15 mins of waiting I also witnessed the same woman verbally abuse someone through the drive-through window and laugh at them with her co-worker. After she told me drive-through only, a man came and quite rudely slammed the door shut on me as I was leaving. I don’t understand the point of keeping the walk-in area open if they aren’t going to be accepting walk-in orders. They have the staff to serve customers and make the business money, but appear too lazy to do so. Management needs to be aware of this. This is not the first time this has happened, but it will definitely be the last time as I will not be coming back.

Food and I go back a long way, so in and out, boom! food in the hole on the run. Quick refuel, food is nothing like the photos. ¼ the size. Overpriced. BOOM! There goes ALL your money!

Drive thru was fast, downfall though is that you feel rushed to order. Hot fried but my sons burger was sloppy and messy. My daughters nuggets were fresh.

Not really a fan of Macca's but my moko is. Impressed by how clean it is. Some attention to detail ( clear perspex on playground walls) but exterior windows clean, no dirty tables left for long, chairs are good and spill free. Staff were polite, presentable. Food service was quick and moko enjoyed kai. My Cappuccino was great as well so bonus. Well done guys. Keep up the good work

Fast service at peak hours. The dining area could use a little more attention but I also understand that some people who eat in public have no respect for places they themselves don't have to clean up. I personally think each person should take their own rubbish to the bin and hope people that read this start to do that

Rude and racist staff. Multiple experience in shope and delivery.In store: served with a dry pattie, when asked changed with another one with cold bun. Awesome service, when asked its the best they can do.. LolDelivery: had ordered multiple, sent both times with cold and hot food together, when asked delivery driver he said they cant do anything because with out hot bags they cant get bag and store never listens to the delivery guys to pack cold and hot separate. When ordered second time i send a clear message which the delivery guy had shown in shope to pack separately, again shope ignored it, when i called shope they said you can do redelivery. Unfortunately who ever on phone doesn't knows after 10pm their is no deliveries.Any how, whos the brain behind please learn about food preventions, its not at all good to have a hot coke, mcflurryNEVER TO GO BACK OR ORDER DELIVERY

Ordered during the dinner rush and the food came quickly. Frozen coke stayed cold for ages despite the hot weather, not sure how. Good value for three adults for dinner. Easy to find parking in the free car park outside. Drive through was busy the whole time we were there and vehicles going through quickly there too. Lots of staff working.

Came in last night for a feed at about 1am. I been away from np for 20 years and there was no Kiwi burger. However Nish? Saved the day with his excellent explanation of what was on the menu. Nish is an absolute star and provided the final laughs to an enjoyable evening we had already had.Nish for prime minister I sayThe apple pies were also good.
