Steve Haywood Master Jeweller often works late not only so he can be there for his customers, but also because he's dedicated to the craft. Steve clearly values putting in those extra hours to make his jewellery stand out. I go to weekly business community meetings where he contributes his time to help other businesses network, and he adds a kaupapa Maori touch, showing how dedicated he is to Northland. Highly recommended.

We took an engagement ring there for a clean and polish yesterday. The service was phenomenal. Casey had great customer service skills plus we had the ring back in less than 45mins!! it hadn’t just been cleaned but polished as well, not a scuff mark in sight. The ring was the best I have ever seen it. Thank you so much Steve and Casey! Would recommend 1000 times over.

I was totally blown away with the designs Steve has. I asked for something a little unique and he took the time to explain the differences in the metals, colours and overall designs. Living in Australia I thought might be a challenge with communication but Steve made it all seemless with regular updates. A true gentleman and craftsman.
