Absolutely atrocious service. No update on tracking number for 4 working days on an overnight delivery. Extremely difficult to contact. I will avoid buying anything online from anywhere that uses NZ Couriers and would recommend you do the same

Don’t bother with these guys, use NZ Post instead. Called to get an update on the status of a parcel which had been sitting at the depot for 5 business days, was told an investigator would get back to me in 48 hours. Called back after 48 hours and was told that I would be bumped up the investigators list, but another 48 hours later still haven’t heard anything.

I would avoid this service. I made a booking and the courier did not arrive that day. I called the next day and was asked if I could drop off my parcel, I explained no as I was staying home on COVID isolation. Again the courier didn't arrive, and I was advised that this time it was because of intentional discrimination against our household. The parcel had been on the doorstep in the rain and elements for 36 hours, the risk it posed to anyone who handled it was non-existent. Very disappointing phone and email contact followed. I will stick to NZ Post in future :)

They said the item was delivered to my mailbox but it's not there. My house is in a long driveway and I have no idea why these people put an item which is not every tiny and worth $289 into my mailbox. Contacted them and got assigned to an investigator but I was also told by the person answering phone call that if the item is lost then the only thing I can do is to contact the police. What quality of service should I expect from you NZ Couriers???

Disappointed with the lack of effort to deliver parcels. No attempt to ring and make contact despite them asking you to give them your phone number. I’ve been left 2 cards to collect and on their third attempt to deliver they never turned up. Certainly won’t be using NZ Couriers again

Really bad delivery service. Couriers don’t know how to follow basic instruction on how to find the house or letterbox. Super frustrating having to go into the depot every time to pick my package up when I’m paying for a delivery fee. I got told they’re new drivers. They clearly aren’t trained very well. The only worse courier service than these people is Aramex. Avoid them like the plague.

Worst couriers in NZ, their drivers will not go down my driveway, instead leave parcels too big for the mailbox on the ground, in full view for theft even after I have left delivery instructions. When I questioned them I was told couriers don't go down long driveways which is not true all couriers follow the instructions except NZ couriers. I was told they are investigating however I have still not had a response. I am not at all happy with their service, will never use them again.

I don’t understand, my package takes 4 days from UK to NZ, and take extra 7 days from Airport to North Shore??? Pleas note, this extra 7 days are after the clearance from the custom. Shame!!

Avondale to North Shore, 8 days passed, still not yet delivered. You can go to the moon, land there and come back in a week. Simply ridiculous.

I had an urgent parcel to sent this afternoon. After checking website for business hours I rushed down in congested traffic to Albany branch of NZ Couriers only to be told cash sales close 1/2 hour before they close for the day. There was no way anyone here would help me & I had to leave. I would not recommend NZ Couriers to anyone nor use them again.
