Good up until a few months ago. Then they had a complete staff turn around and none of the people employed there now seem to have much by way of actual technical knowledge. They're fine sales people (if somewhat overenthusiastic as I had 4 approach me within ten minutes of walking in) however, their understanding of the functionality of many of their boxed products, let alone their individual electronic components is far more limited than the old staff. My advice, don't go there unless you already know exactly what you need and once there, take their advice with a grain of salt.

No one in store except maybe around 5 employees. No one cares to help me. Guy walks in and he is assisted straight away. Next guy walks in and is assisted straight away. I ask a passing employee if he can help to which he replied that he is a little busy as the moment. Walked out. Reason I didn't put 1 star is I have bought there before and had better service.

we purchased a $2000 Swann Camera system about three years ago. It has stopped working just a few days ago. The first unit stopped after a few months and was swapped out under warranty. This time we took it back to get it sorted/serviced but as it was out of warranty, the staff member was not interested. Said we have to talk to Swann directly , we asked for contact details , he said look it up on the net. Terrible service from this local store, this isnot a small purchase and we were happy to pay for a quote etc to repair. we wont be back.
