Been going for the last month. For me this is a massive thing having never gone to the gym before but. Was teamed up with Steph who was so nice and helped me figure out where I am for a base level and a workout plan suited to what I was wanting to work on with my goal. I've kept to it and improved which in noticing, so happy results. The team here are so friendly with welcoming and just any help you need. 3 toilets and 2 showers available. Many different choices in equipment and all sanitized after each use by the person who just used them which is great. Thanks team
