Very fast and reliable. Lee's so professional, and his customer service on point very easy to talk to I felt like I've known him for years...ordered some funeral badges for hubby's dad, picked it up went home an just notice that one name was wrong and I explained to Lee that it was my fault...an he was able to do it all again within 30mins and thanks to Lee, Allister the best owner in the world gave it to me for free. If there was such a thing called 1000 star rating I would gladly give them all to badge king. Amazing people, my first time dealing with them and I received my product how and when I wanted them. I ordered my badges today on a short notice, to be picked either the end of today or tomorrow before 10am and it took them only 4 hours to my order ready. I am so impressed, I recommend Badge King to anyone out there looking for fast cheap and great quality!

When I came across their website they had a chat feature which was immediately helpful. I chatted to Heather on the website and she was helpful in answering all my questions about getting funeral badges.She took my email and we continued to communicate via email. They were very patient in preparing several designs before we landed on one that our family were happy with. They then made the 200 badges I ordered and they were ready to be picked up that day.Within 3 days of my inquiry my badges were ready to be picked up.Thanks for the excellent service :)

I dealt with Lee at Badge King and received the most amazing service. I needed to order 150 badges today to honor a loved one for their funeral in a few days and he got the beautiful design choices made up so fast and got the finished badges on a courier as soon as possible. I contacted the team in regards to getting some personalised coasters made and they were so helpful. Communication was on point and fast. Order was placed on Thursday and parcel received on Monday. Very fast service and excellent quality. I will definitely be using them in the future again and would highly recommend them. Keep up the good work
