Great location! I mean awesome... it is a the end of the queen street or the beginning depending of where you are! Swimming pool and gym? Yes. convenience store near by? Yes. Bus stop near by? Yes. Cinema near by? Yes. Restaurants near by? Yes. Sky bus stop near by? Yes. Pharmacy near by? Yes. Parking near by? Yes. I don’t give this location 5 starts because there at least 80 apartments and there is not a real control of who enters the building...

Strategic location newly constructed buildings with easy access to Wakefield st, Airedale st and Queens court. Small and compact apartments, no tread mill in gym.

Great location BUT - people breaking rules and smoking on balconies (and chucking the buds on your balcony - and body corp not being able to do anything about it!), AirBnB tenants treating the place like second-grade hotel (leaving mess in elevators/hallways etc.), pool being used for many things OTHER than swimming, no recycling options, apartments with the cheapest possible low quality chattels and furnishings, 3 possibly the slowest elevators on the planet, people vomiting over your balcony, students partying without any consequences... this is simply a good place for students BUT not suitable for professionals or young families.

Don’t stay here, in an AirBNB, rental, or other. The facilities everywhere are very run down. Not worth the exorbitant prices.

Lived here for over 2 years. 90% of residents are students, young professionals renting. The building was built around 2017 I believe, so you have good chances on finding apartments with decent furniture. The apartments are small and lifts would break often. Apartment also had a problem with a squeaky noise coming from hot water pipes. Maybe that's fixed already. Positives: my unit was well insulated (noise and temperature), the property manager was great as well as the location, never had issues with security...

I rented a 2-bedroom apartment in this building. The location is great. The size is okay. The noise is terrible because of the major defect below. There is a defect in the water supply system in this building. Whenever your neighbours are turning on the tap and using water, you will hear the buzzing/whistling sound from the water supply system. Sometimes it can be very loud.I have never lived in an apartment building with such a major defect which could potentially affect your mental health.

Be alert to residents or those planning to move in, my car was stolen and damaged in the private parking space of the building in the early morning of February 19th.There is no security here, thieves can come and go in and out of the building at three o'clock in the morning and do whatever they want. Even thieves are residents of the building and they are lurking around you!
