While we have been based around ChCh on our travels we had to get some work done on our Dethleff. The staff were wonderful at explaining everything and fixed our problems at short notice. Ross and Rachele in the office were amazing and the guys in the work shop were top notch. Thankyou so much.

Had urgent issue with gas leak which the team remedied and undertook other remedial work at the same time .The team gave us their time and expertise readily ,even though they were busy . We have spent a year in the North Island trying to diagnose and fix problems with our water pressure, heating, solar and battery life using three different companies.We finally got back to UCC and they had the whole lot fixed in two hours.Don’t go anywhere else if you can help it, just use the experts.

Thes guys are excellent. Their after sales service is the best I have come across. Nothing is a bother. When away on a trip I had a problem with my heater and they talked me through it by phone to keep us going. A damaged item identified during the sale was chased up by them and eventually replaced after a year due to COVID shipping and manufacturing delays. I thoroughly recommend them as your first stop for a Motorhome.

Moved down to Christchurch last year and needed to change our service company. First time using UCC to do the yearly service on our Dethleffs Grand Alpa and it was a great all-round experience.Service people were very friendly and accommodating in arranging our service, were more than happy to look at all the minor points and were happy to explain options from very knowledgeable staffGreat job guys, see you next year

This was our first motorhome purchase and we were a bit apprehensive as we live in Auckland and bought it 'unseen'. Rob and the team were very helpful and organised a live video walkthrough. They made the purchase very easy, and picked us up at the airport when we flew down to collect it. We were given a very thorough handover and shown how to use all the features on the van. We are very pleased with the motorhome and it is certainly living up to our expectations. I would have no hesitation in recommending UCC to anyone thinking of buying a motorhome.

Had an issue with our Fiat Ducato Dethleffs Motorhome after a rear tyre delaminated. Got it sorted through a tyre company but there was some damage to our side lighting by the wheel and also our back light. Completely sorted within 10 minutes of popping in to see UCC…. Super impressed with the high level of service and very friendly, welcoming manner…. We thank you very much, cheers Danny & Julie
