Worst service ever. Advertised as opening at 6 am so walked down to buy some milk. The stupid old Pr%k fluffed around till 10 past 6 before opening the doors I followed him in and went to the milk cabinet. I dont think he saw me come in as he seem surprised when he saw me. He informed the they were not open yet to which I replied that the doors were open and the web site said they were open at 6:00 am. At this he grabbed the milk from my hand and in a slightly raised voice said we are not open

Went here during the day to fuel up. And the lady seemed to have abit of a rude attitude I didn't like it at all. It was as if she didn't care about anything. Come back at night time and another staff member was on and he was way more polite thats the only reason why this place doesn't get 1 star

Old guy in the morning needs the boot,hes shooing people away even though it should be open at 6

Clean site with a wide variety of snacks and essentials in store. Competitive prices and enough room for more than enough vehicles. Staff always friendly

Worst customer service. I asked for a receipt print out because their machine played up by saying my card declined but when I checked my account the money did go out. The lovely guy started looking through them around the time I was there to find mine but he was swamped so I asked him if it's easier if I came back the next day, he said yes and thank you. (This was at night and he was lovely) I went in next morning and the old guy just went off his head saying they can't get old receipts etc. I tried to tell him that you can and he cut me off saying a computer can't store every single transaction etc etc. I again tried telling him that the receipts are stored because they need the info and receipts r usually kept for their records for a certain amount of time. He went off his head again. It was very scary. U wld think if U were ever scared in a petrol station it wld b because someone's robbing it not because of the workers behaviour. Never going back there. I warn others to not expect customer service. What is wrong with this guy because someone who behaves like that isn't ok.

Handed over a $50 note and bought a coffee and crunchie bar. Older lady behind counter says didn't know we were a bank"! Asked for 2 10s in the change as we needed $30 for something but she refused repeating that they weren't a bank. If she didn't have it there is a nice way to say it you don't have to be rude. Worst customer service out."

Keen fuel prices. Good location.Unfortunately the place is manned by one person at peak times who stays at cash register and WONT honour theDISABLED ASSISTANCE' sign.Self serve ONLY it seems.Shop exterior displays "DISABLED ASSISTANCE" sign on the exterior"

Great place for refilling gas, topping up air or water. They also have a vacuum & a brush to clean the windscreen. Lots of snacks drinks, hot pots, newspapers etc in the store. Quick ar wash is available from $12 upwards. They have trailers for hire too. Very convenient location in close proximity to the hospital, Ruahini Street & Featherston Street. Sometimes busy but quick service. Customer service is excellent. They have a Mobil points scheme where you get vouchers for you're loyalty miles. They have discounted fuel almost every other week for $.10 off per litre.
