Worst service !Bought a fridge and it didn’t fit in house and asked for another one.Another one was faulty and then waited for few weeks to get replacement.Then they just keep delaying.We were keep chasing them !At last when we had enough & asked for refund after mucking around for more than 2 months then they deducted $130 from invoice saying that it was fright charges.Such a worst service.Beware of these scammers !Such a time waste and they were offering refurbished fridge and then we got new one with similar price.Owner is so rude !Enjoy and have a party with $130.

I had ordered a dishwasher from another company and had waited a month for delivery to be informed that it would be a further 4 weeks delay due to covid shipping. I found several machines which seemed to be similar to the one that I had ordered but luckily I fell upon the Appliance Outlet website and realised that I could speak to an actual human being and visit the store!!I explained that I was looking for a mid range, large capacity machine and that I had been without a dishwasher for 4 weeks already. The very knowledgeable guy ( Sean ) who I spoke to advised me exactly which machines were in stock and the pricing was nearly half the cost of the major chain store's! Even had delivery sorted for the next day, and it arrived Friday before the promised time of 5pmBig thanks to the Appliance OutletKeep up the excellent work!!

The BEST Customer service I have ever encountered and an after sales service that does not generally exist these days . Thanks heaps Sean for the solution you found for us.November 2020 Used Sean again after the amazing service he provided with my washing machine and dryer solution, bought a range hood and gas hob, as previously great service found me a good deal and referred me to two experts in their field to fit both. I will go there when in need of any appliance in the future.

Bought our rangehood here after searching for a good priced one at all the other big retailers and also ended up spending more than our budget allowed. We ended up returning to get a new ceramic hob as well. Can highly recommend their products and service. Helpful staff and always willing to lend a hand or give good advice.
