Owner and staff always very helpful and pleasant, and prices are reasonable.

They take good care of my dog and he always comes back looking and smelling fabulous

love this pet shop things aren’t overpriced you can find great toys and unusual things for your pets at bargain prices! the grooming is top notch also very fairly priced. They take care of your dog/pet as if it was there own. The owner is really friendly makes you feel like family it’s really nice! Every Xmas they also do free pet photos with Santa which are very cute, you get to bring your animal along to pose with Santa and they give you a print out right there and then as well as electronically.

One on one help which what you would want if your lovely pet is not feeling well.Great prices on their pet stuffs as well.Just tell them what you need and if they don't have it just ask if they can order it for you.

Pet plus did a lovely job and made my standard poodle look extra beautiful .however I would not recommend if keeping to a time schedle is important to you. An hour andhalf wait over the quoted time did not go down well and as much as I am happy with the grooming I think respecting clients time requirements important.

Best dog groomers around and also very friendly and very good prices.

Update Late 2021 / Early 2022: I think they no longer do cat grooming. They haven't returned our calls in a few months, though are still obviously open / posting on facebook. A shame, as we loved their service. I'm leaving the old review up, hopefully they will have space for our cat again soon.We've brought or cat in for grooming 5+ times now and have been really pleased with the results everytime. They know exactly what to ask, are fast (less than an hour most of the time), and, most importantly, don't stress our cat out or injure her. We've been to other groomers where our cat acts scared and angry for hours afterwards, or where she comes back with nicks or scratches. Highly recommended!!

Lovely, friendly lady, the birds were amazing, i wish i was rich enough to buy them all. Great products at a great price too.
