Helpful and reliable. We moved two large dogs and a cat from Christchurch to Aussie with no dramas - Betty organised all the documentation and vet certifications for us. There was at the time, a shortage of plastic crates however, Betty organised having two large dog crates constructed for us with wood. This company went the extra mile for us and I recommend them if you're needing pet travel care. Dogs and cat arrived safe and sound across the ditch!

Don't use this company! Completely incompetent. The rep Betty is so rude and unprofessional! She rang and argued it was my fault I was late for a flight after she had sent me the wrong time and wrong location!! Awful experience. Everyone makes mistakes but to have a company speak to you the way Betty did was just so stressful! The delay also meant our pet was stressed. Find another pet courier. This company is dreadful to deal with

Thanks Betty for ensuring the safe arrival of our two cats. Migrating is a bit of a juggling act and a clever suggestion by Betty around timing made for a smooth collection of our pets on the other side. A good option for those looking to ship your pets from the South Island as most larger companies wanted to ship the pets to Auckland first or charge an arm and a leg to outsource to local carriers. Betty is hands on and will put your animals first. All the best.

Wonderful service. Betty and Desiree organised for my dog to be picked up in Christchurch and flown to Sydney the same day. The made the move super easy for me and my dog. Highly recommended.

Went through this company to have my cat Belle flown from NZ to Ontario, she arrived happy and healthy. Betty was lovely and the contact was greatly appreciated during the process. Definitely recommend, and apologies for the late review. :)
