Very well designed sauté pan with a surprisingly large capacity. Excellent lid. Is lighter than our 30 yr old cast iron pan but holds heat well and more versatile with the lid

Thankyou for a great product I enjoy cooking with this pan, will purchase a pressure cooker later in the year. We have an overseas trip in August back to see family in the UK, have not had a holiday in 8 years. I will promote your cooking wear to our family in the UK. Again a great purchase

DO NOT BUY THESE PANS! After one year of use and explicit following of the care guidelines (washed after every use, only using the recommended oils), my pan and my mum's pan bought at the same time are completely useless. The non stick surface doesn't work, I'll be throwing mine out. They won't replace them under warranty. For the price tag - honestly find any other brand. . My $25 New World pan is outperforming it by a mile. Complete scam.

I did what I've done many times before but this time the lid shattered with glass falling into my lamb casserole! Was looking forward to eating this but can't now.Woll's website says the standard lid can handle going into the oven but in our experience this is clearly not the case.

Purchased a set of pans a couple years ago and noticed some defects starting to appear. Contact customer support with pictures and no issue straight away they offered to replace the items. Excellent service great timely manner.

Having ordered a saute pan of the wrong size and type, I rung them and asked if they would swap it. Willingly and without fuss, it was done. I then asked for the correct size which was sent, but it turned out to be Ceran cooktop only and not Induction which was what I needed. I was having another 'bad day at the office'!They once again, took it back, willingly and without fuss. I have now received the correct size and type of saute pan required.Fabulous service.I will recommend them to all my friends.Thanks guys and my apologies for putting you all through 'the hoops' - twice! Helen

We ordered the induction Woll Essential set, Nowo 20cm frying pan, Woll edge 3pc essential knife set, 4pc steak knifes and the Woll edge 19.5cm carving knife. Everything was beautifully packaged and sent off by Woll within two days of ordering. So, very happy with the service received. We are also very happy with the quality of the products. Pan are really as stick-free and easy to clean as advertised and knifes are really sturdy and sharp. Something we have noticed is that pans take a bit longer to heat up than other induction pans but once heated, they are great. Be aware though that both pans and knifes are all rather heavy so probably not suitable for the elderly.

Love my pan. Had to buy a replacement as I lost the original in cyclone Gabrielle. Staying at my daughters and she is impressed with it too, once we return home ( with the pan)I’m sure she will buy one too
