Was a pleasure doing business at this ANZ branch yesterday. From the moment we entered the building we felt valued as long term customer's. The service was outstanding in all areas. Ray S instantly took us under his wing and went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. This gentleman has sealed the deal for us..we are definitely banking with the best institution NZ has to offer. Many thanks to the team at ANZ Riccarton!

This Riccarton ANZ branch has its unique way to make the customers feel so unwelcomed here. I know we are all in a kind of rush, but it should not be the way to dealing with customers. If anyone can do everything via the ANZ APP or internet banking, what the point to have this hopeless branch? The aim is to help the customers, not telling them to use their smartphones and shouldn't come to the bank.

My bank card got hacked, the phone service was very sure that they could help me get my money back, but the counter staff said that they could not guarantee that I could get my own money back. Also the phone service said it only take 7-10 business days, but the branch staff said it gonna take 15 business days which is 3 weeks. Anz could not guarantee the safety of my money, very disappointed and extremely poor experience.

Poor customer service, always a issue with changing money because the local company I work for does not bank with anz and for some reason or 'policy' that is a issue, when I rang customer service they had not real explanation as to why but just said ' sorry we can't do that' with no real explanation as to why, currency is currency isn't. SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL....ANZ I THINK NOT

I think its a biggest branch of the ANZ bank in Christchurch. They are very welcoming. They always listen your problem carefully and try to solve it in real time if it's possible. I like ANZ bank for their good services.

Went to the Riccarton branch to make a deposit . The bank was open but no tellers operating - I was told they don’t accept cash deposits on Saturday… It’s a bank and they won’t take my money to put in my account - the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. A billion dollar profit and they can’t afford to have one teller operating - really unimpressed
