This is the fourth time we have used Homesell to sell houses. Its a great service and at a fraction of the price of high street realtors. It was a great idea to use HomeSell for selling our house. All we have to do is to prepare our house and run open homes. HomeSell marketed our house for under $2000 which was a bargain. We decided to negotiate ourselves, but we had support regarding any big and small questions 7 days a week. Chris was fantastic to deal with. We highly recommend HomeSell.

This was such an easy and low cost way to sell a house. The HomeSell Assist package was amazing, with it all you need to do are the open homes as HomeSell do all the negotiating for you. The hardest part about open homes is the cleaning, which you have to do no matter what. Big thanks to Jane and Chris for making selling our house a fast, simple and cheap process.

We chose home-sell for the personal approach to potential buyers in doing our own open Homes.Our Home-sell agent Andrea was a pleasure to deal with .She was great at setting us up , informing us initially how to get started and nothing was a problem. Always answered messages as promptly as possible and checked on us regularly.She kept us informed each week with followup from the open homes , her reports where specific , clear and easy to understand. She was clearly there to support us in our endeavour to sell.

This is the second time we have used Homesell, and both times we have sold our property within 2 weeks, and got pretty much what we were after. The photographs were beautiful, the production of the video, online display and billboard were produced very quickly and efficiently. We chose the Homesell Assist in our package. I had heard in the past some people are reluctant towards private sales and dealing directly with the vendor. Using Chris as an agent was instrumental in us achieving the sale of our property. He handled prospective buyer enquiries and always dealt with us in a professional and friendly manner. I would use Homesell Assist again to get the expertise in the real estate industry - at great value for money. We also got the Premium marketing package and were very happy with the photos, video and 3D virtual walkthrough.Thanks to Chris and the Homesell team.
