Kahu Security

Have tried to get this company to upgrade our existing alarm twice now and both times they haven’t shown up to look at the job. Unless you don’t mind having your time wasted, I wouldn’t bother with Kahu Security.

We asked this company to upgrade our security system and install new sensors and new system. We were charged for new sensors and new system but they only installed 2 new sensors. Rest of the sensors they used our old ones already installed and we got charged for new ones. We wanted them wired they put in wireless ones (both have already ranout of battery in 3 months). When mentioned to the installers they said we were only charged for wireless ones not wired ones and would cost more to have wired ones. Now the system is broken again, and they will charge us again to fix it (its only been ~4 months since they put it in). This new system they upgraded is worse than our old one! If you use their service becareful and get everything in writting. Will never use them again.
