♿ wheelchair accessible store.Good clothing for serious hikers outdoor sports campers rough weather etc not only clothing also accessories.Good quality products jackets, beanies etc durableand sturdy .Nice helpful staff members

If I could give a zero I would just walked in ready to buy jackets for my family and was completely ignored Indian guy just stared at us didn't say a word other 2 just talking to each other just left after being ignored took my money to mountain warehouse

The jackets are good and they have good sales at certain times of the year. The staff are also usually very friendly and happy to help.

First time i had encountered the most disappointing, unacceptable and unimaginable experience from a retail shop courtesy of a store manager named TJ" in this branch. I dont know how he was able to get the manager position of thia branch with the attitude I got from him yesterday was really an epic out of this world. I pick up one of the jackets they were selling and was wanting to try it on and ask him where the fitting room is and he replied straight with the the exact words "there is no fitting room here

Racially profiled by one of the store assistants. I was walking out with my purchased item and receipt in hand and I was asked to wait under the assumption I was stealing. I am of the darker skin community and I believe I was targeted as a shoplifter based on my skin colour.

Too good customer service , short story..shutter was down 4 mins left for day to finish up 14th May , popped in for Jacket change that too from online order , so fast perfect and chill all sorted quickly its really rare scene..thanks to wonderful service girls appreciated!!

This shop does not update the opening hours, drove to the mall to buy some camping gear and the doors were closed. Very frustrating
