Great service and genuine price in the town. Got my screen fixed same day. Excellent customer service.

I went in to buy a phone charger and it turned out to be a bigger issue than I first thought. The man who I dealt with was excellent in customer service and assistance. When I returned as problem still occuring, he spent ages testing different chargers on my phone until the issue was resolved and I left with great service and product. Thank you very much.

I came in this morning with what I thought was a broken phone screen. In another shop I was told they would have to order the screen for me which could take a couple of days and 170$. So I tried this shop, and voila, the awesome magic wizard working there just fixed it" by restarting it. SO glad I didn't order a screen for nothing. Honestly

AVOID THIS PHONE REPAIR SHOP AT ALL COSTS! My replacement screen was faulty and only lasted 10 days. Although the new (faulty) screen comes with a warranty. They’ll still charge you a hefty labour cost to fit your warranty replacement screen and you’ll also need to pay for a another new screen protector too. Terrible way to do business! Take your business elsewhere

I really did not like the service of the guy who repaired my phone display he was rude and the quality of that display was also very bad like I can easily tell the difference the colour of that display was like really cheap all my apps colour were so different i told him but he got annoyed so I told him to put my broken display back in then please I will take somewhere else to fix it and he put my display back in but after that my phone Bluetooth, wifi, 4g stopped working. I don’t know only my phone screen was broken there was nothing wrong except the cracked screen but when he gave my phone those thing stoped working felt like he did that on purpose the Smart Mobile store from Burnett st. That is not the way how you treat your customers really bad.

Got a new Samsung at Xmas. Called in and bought a cover$55 and glass for screen $25. Three months later air bubbles under glass. This problem has been developing for a month or more. Called in and was told only solution is to replace glass cover $25. No guarantees. I refused as it appears as if I want a glass cover it's going to cost $25 every three months. No sympathy and no real interest in the problem or a fix. Bought another cover with front flap from Hello Banana $18. Won't go back.Your reply shows why you have got some bad reviews as you don't seem willing to try and understand the customer and deal with problems. I did not ruin" the screen protector. Air bubbles developed under it over a month or so. Your staff couldn't/wouldn't explain why that happened and only wanted to sell me a new one. Brought my phone in 3 weeks ago, It had water damage and was heating up in the bottom. They charged me 220 dollars for repairs, when i got it back a week later the bottom wad still heating up and the top speaker would make these awful static noises whenever audio was played so i text them about the issues being there and they don't respond. The next friday i brought it back to the store and they said that they would fix the issues cost free. I come back today about three weeks after i brought it there in the first place. I turn on the phone and play some audio, the top speaker is still making the static noises and the bottom is still heating up. I want a refund.

Been there for screen replacement of my iPhone, got excellent customer service and also got my screen fixed in couple of hours. Excellent service and best price in town.

I'm happy with how my screen turned out but not happy with how they put my back cover on it comes half off with my case. Spent quite a bit of money for it too And they messed up the colour of my phone. Now I'm having to look for places that have the same screen if only could get a refund.
